Privacy policy

This policy describes how Phronesis AI Lab Private Limited ("we", "us") handles personal data on phronesisailab.com. Our products, such as Social Media Digital Marketer, have their own privacy policies on their own sites; this one covers the company website only.

What we collect

• Contact form. When you write to us we collect your name, email address, company name if you give one, your topic and your message, together with your IP address, browser user agent and country. We use these to answer you and to filter abuse.
• Email. If you email any of our addresses, we keep the correspondence for as long as the matter it concerns stays open, plus a reasonable record-keeping period.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard request logs for security and reliability.

We do not run advertising trackers, sell personal data, or buy data about you from anyone.

Why we may process it

We process contact data because you asked us to respond (performance of a contract or steps prior to one), and site logs on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available. Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) or the GDPR applies, those are our legal bases.

Who touches the data

A short list of processors helps us run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and form storage) and Resend (transactional email sent from noreply@phronesisailab.com). Each processes data on our instructions. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months after, so we have context if you write again. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@phronesisailab.com and we will respond within 30 days. Formal requests under the DPDP Act or GDPR can go to our data protection officer at dpo@phronesisailab.com.

Grievances

Under India's Information Technology rules and the DPDP Act you may raise a grievance with our grievance officer at grievance@phronesisailab.com. We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, where we can, note the change on this page. Questions about anything here: privacy@phronesisailab.com.
